Activity of the Enterprise
Starting from 2007, when the Enterprise became the legal successor of the shoe factory, the process of restoration of buildings and structures was started in order to have the possibility of renting the renovated areas.
During 16 years of operation of the Enterprise square footage of the renovated areas has increased from 500 sq. m. up to 36 000 sq. m.
Including:
- Class A premises: 4 000 sq. m.
- Class B premises: 28 000 sq. m.
- Warehouses: 3 400 sq. m.
On the territory of the Enterprise there is a parking for 450 cars as well as a bomb shelter designed for 1 200 people.
